Consult NowThe homogenization silo is equipped with a mixing silo on the outside, and a large cone is set at the bottom of the silo. The weight of the raw materials in the silo is transmitted to the silo wall through the cone. The annular space at the bottom of the silo is divided into six inflatable zones inclined at 10 °, and each zone is equipped with various specifications of inflatable boxes. When inflating and unloading, the raw material is sent to a radially arranged inflation box, and then sent to the bottom mixing bin through the air chute at the discharge port at the lower part of the cone. During unloading, the raw material flows from top to bottom, cutting the horizontal layer and generating gravity mixing. After entering the mixing bin, it is further homogenized due to continuous inflation and mixing. The homogenization value can reach 6-8, and the electricity consumption is 0.1-0.2 kWh/t of raw material.
The cement storage warehouse is equipped with a conical mixing chamber at the center of the bottom of the warehouse to reduce the unloading pressure inside the warehouse and eliminate funnel flow. The mixing chamber is equipped with 8-12 feeding holes, and there are 8-12 inflation zones in the annular area between the mixing chamber and the storage wall. During unloading, the wheel flows towards the opposite annular area for inflation, causing some cement to flow towards the central mixing chamber. In the top-down flow process, the horizontal material layer is cut to generate gravity mixing, and after entering the mixing chamber, it is further homogenized due to continuous inflation and stirring inside the mixing chamber. The average value of this library can reach 5-9. Electricity consumption is 0.15-0.30kWh/t.
