1. Installation and debugging
Before installation, carefully inspect the equipment box, external power cord, and plug to see if there is any damage (due to transportation). If there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner; Open the maintenance door and check if the dust bag has fallen off or been dampened. If the filter bag has fallen off, it should be installed firmly; If there is moisture in the dust removal filter bag, the fan can be started for air operation to dry it out. Arrange according to the user's pre designed position and connect an external 380V three-phase AC power supply. Close the doors, covers, and drawers of the PL standalone bag filter tightly and do not open them randomly during operation. Press the start button to start the fan inside the machine. If the suction volume is found to be low, the fan will be reversed and the power wiring can be adjusted. Press the stop button, the fan will stop working, and then the self oscillating cleaning mechanism will work for 10-15 seconds, and the whole machine will stop. Debugging the operation of the oscillation cleaning mechanism in manual and fully automatic modes. In general, fully automatic timed oscillation dust cleaning is suitable for places where continuous operation is inconvenient for operators to enter and exit. According to the equipment and dust source conditions, the dust collection pipeline and hood should be reasonably configured, connected to the hose and single machine, and the hood mouth should be as close to the dust source as possible without affecting the operation.
2. Use and repair
Reasonably equip vacuum pipes and vacuum hoods, ensure that the pipe connections are tight and leak free, and the whole machine is debugged and operated normally before being put into use. Generally, the dust collector switch should be turned on first, and then the processing machine switch should be turned on; At the end of the work, turn off the switch of the machining machine first, and then turn off the dust collector switch after 1-3 minutes.
The air inlet position can be set on the other three sides except for the front, and can also be interchanged at the three positions.
Regularly clean dust according to usage conditions (dust concentration, properties, working hours, etc.)
During operation, it was found that there was dust emission from the air outlet. The reasons include: ① The filter bag is leaking and should be repaired or replaced; ② Loosen the clamp and re tighten it; ③ Excessive cleaning, reduce the frequency of cleaning appropriately, and control the appropriate cleaning interval time; ④ Dust particles are too small, replace with high-density filter media.
Dust escapes from the dust source control hood due to: ① incorrect estimation of air volume, equipment selection being too small, and modification; ② Fan reversal, commutation; ③ Serious air duct leakage, leak prevention; ④ The hood design is incorrect or too far away from the dust source. Modify or replace it to be as close to the dust source as possible.
The filter bag is burned, causing sparks to mix in the dust and air. A copper wire mesh can be installed at the hood to turn off the engine.
