The feature of this product is that it adopts an airtight sealing form at the shaft. During operation, the pressure inside the sealing chamber is always greater than the pressure inside the material chamber, thus ensuring a tight seal at the shaft; The reducer adopts a helical gear hard tooth surface reducer, which has a more compact, reasonable structure, smaller volume, and higher transmission efficiency and load-bearing capacity. It can also be installed horizontally, making the entire product structure more compact and smaller in size. The blade adopts an adjustable structural form, which allows the gap between the blade and the shell to be adjusted (the gap is not greater than 0.15mm). At the same time, due to the low blade speed and good wear resistance, the service life of the valve is extended.
