The new dry process cement refers to cement produced using a new process of external decomposition outside the kiln. Its production is centered around suspension preheaters and external decomposition technology, using new raw materials, fuel pre homogenization technology, energy-saving grinding technology and equipment. The entire line adopts computer distributed control to achieve automation, efficiency, low consumption, and environmental protection in the cement production process. The new dry process cement production technology was developed in the 1950s. So far, Japan, Germany and other developed countries have achieved a 95% production rate of new dry process cement clinker production equipment with suspension preheating and pre decomposition as the core. The suspension preheating and pre decomposition kiln was put into operation in 1976. The advantages of this technology are rapid heat transfer, high thermal efficiency, higher output per unit volume compared to wet cement, and low heat consumption.
